Arnold Wesker alias El Ventrílocuo, es un personaje ficticio de DC Comics y enemigo de Batman. Creado por Alan Grant, John Wagner y Norm Breyfogle. Su primera aparición fue en Detective Comics #583 (febrero de 1988).
El personaje es un hombre con trastorno de personalidad múltiple que maneja una marioneta llamada Scarface (Cara Cortada). El Ventrílocuo es una persona callada que lleva a cabo sus planes mediante el muñeco Scarface quien tiene la personalidad de un gangster de los años 20, siempre de traje, con un sombrero de tipo fedora, un habano en la boca y una metralleta."Face the Face".
