“Gone To Texas” es el primer "arco" de la serie de comics Preacher, reúne los números del 1 al 7.
Preacher (Predicador) es una serie creada por el guionista Garth Ennis y el dibujante Steve Dillon con dibujos de cubiertas por parte de Glenn Fabry. Publicada en la línea Vertigo de DC, comenzó su andadura en 1995.
Preacher cuenta la historia de Jesse Custer, un predicador en el pequeño pueblo de Annville en Texas. Custer es poseído accidentalmente por la criatura sobrenatural llamada Génesis, el bebé de la unión no autorizada y antinatural de un ángel y un demonio.
Esta canción forma parte del álbum conceptual Kapow!, un disco homenaje a los comics.
¡Kapow! fue grabado, producido, mezclado y masterizado por Diego Acosta en los estudios Nomiresahora y El Árbol, durante el 2013, en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
