Mob Psycho 100, nos presenta a Shigeo Kageyama, llamado por todos Mob. Este chico de secundaria es aparentemente normal, tiene muy poca presencia y no destaca en nada. A pesar de ser alguien muy discreto, Shigeo es en realidad un psíquico muy poderoso, pero sabe que sus poderes pueden ser peligrosos... así que vive reprimiendo sus emociones. Estas se van acumulando, y cuando el contador llega a 100, sus poderes se desbordan.
